Tree-Service Marketing for Owners With Crews to Keep Working

Need more suitable requests, better follow-up or a clearer plan for growth? Rize Digital's managed tree-service marketing connects how people find you with what happens after they call.

Start with a free 30-minute Tree Service Lead Review with James Coyle. Bring one problem and the records you have. You receive a short written recap with the gap the records support, or the evidence needed to find it. It also lists three next actions and an honest view of Rize's fit.

For staffed U.S. tree companies considering managed help. No obligation to buy. You do not need to grant account access for this first review.

Start with the problem in your business

Your crew may need more work. Your calls may have increased while estimates stayed flat. You might plan to expand into a nearby market or replace a provider whose reports leave you with more questions.

Those situations need different plans. We review how people find you, what happens when they reach out and what your team can serve. That gives the work a purpose you can understand and check.

See how we would approach your problem

Our worked Lead Review example compares two invented lead sources. One costs less per inquiry, but both cost $400 per won job. The next step is to check contact, estimate and job records before moving the budget.

The example separates what the records show from what still needs checking. It is a process demonstration, not a client result. Use it to judge the reasoning. Ask for separate evidence before accepting a claim about better rankings, more jobs or time saved.

For your company, the plan should name who owns each step, what work is included and how progress will be checked. That is the standard to use when comparing our proposal with another provider's.

Connect marketing with the response to it

The core engagement covers one company, one website, one primary business profile and one agreed local market:

  • Website: up to eight core pages, contact setup, two revision rounds, hosting and maintenance.
  • Local and website SEO: an initial audit and prioritized improvements. Content includes two substantive new pages or meaningful page updates each month.
  • Business profile: accuracy checks, four useful updates monthly and responses to up to ten reviews.
  • Paid acquisition: manage one initial Google channel, chosen for your market, with up to $5,000 in monthly media spend managed. The ad budget is paid separately.
  • Social: four repurposed posts monthly to one Facebook business page.
  • Intake and CRM: one pipeline, standard forms, owner alerts and an agreed follow-up workflow. Any AI intake functions must be demonstrated before activation.

The written proposal identifies the actual work, channels, tools and responsibilities. It also identifies anything outside the package. A list of features should never leave you guessing who carries out the work.

See what the report means for your company

Calls, estimates and booked jobs are different measures. We agree on the stages and how the records will support them.

A useful review covers what changed, what inquiries came in, which fit your business and what happened next. Where an outcome or source is unknown, the report should say so. Revenue and time-saving claims need records behind them.

Know the cost and ownership terms before you sign

The core service fee is $2,750 a month. Standard setup with a new website is $2,500. We can rebuild up to eight core pages in custom code, with two revision rounds. We check the build and migration scope before quoting. Extra locations, complex migration, extra ad channels and work outside the package need a separate written scope and price.

You pay the ad platform directly. Metered voice, texts and other usage are itemized separately at disclosed provider cost during the pilot. Your proposal must state the pilot period, the terms after it ends, the rates and the usage budget before activation. These charges are not included in the $2,750 fee.

Service is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice and no early-termination penalty. You retain control of your business accounts and data. Paid client-specific website files and content transfer under the agreed terms, with license limits stated upfront. Rize retains its underlying reusable systems and software.

Standard export and handoff are included. Carrier and platform rules can affect transfers; the written schedule explains those limits. Complex migration help is separately quoted.

You have a named contact, a one-business-day response target during agreed business hours, a monthly report and a 30-minute review. Onboarding includes short weekly check-ins.

This package does not include city exclusivity. Its value needs to come from agreed work and accountable delivery.

Check that the plan fits

This approach is aimed at staffed tree companies making about $500,000 or more a year. Smaller companies can be considered when budget, margins and crew capacity support the plan. Revenue alone does not tell us if the package is a fit.

If you already receive good requests but miss callbacks, intake may be the first issue. If estimates stall after delivery, we should inspect that stage. If your crew is fully booked, the next goal may be a better job mix rather than more volume.

Get a clear next step with James

Choose the problem that matters most: too few suitable leads, high lead costs, missed handoffs or an unclear agency proposal. Bring your website, service area and crew capacity. If records are missing, we start there.

Your review ends with a priority and a fit recommendation. The written recap lists three actions and how to check them. It is a focused review, not a full audit or a promise of results.
