We will make a good-faith effort to perform the agreed services in a professional manner, but no marketing agency can guarantee exact outcomes.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed for us to perform the services.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, offers, ads, claims, service information, pricing, and business details before publication.
You confirm that you have the right to provide us with any account access, customer data, photos, videos, logos, testimonials, case studies, reviews, or business information you send to us.
To perform services, we may request access to third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Vercel, domain registrars, hosting accounts, analytics tools, CRM systems, call tracking systems, payment tools, and other software.
You agree to grant only the access needed for the service. You may revoke access after services end.
You remain responsible for the security of your own accounts, passwords, users, permissions, billing settings, and platform activity.
Rize Digital is not responsible for losses caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, unauthorized users, expired payment methods, platform lockouts, hacked accounts, or access changes outside our control.
If Rize Digital manages or supports your Google Business Profile, you authorize us to act on your behalf for approved profile management tasks.

You are responsible for the truth and accuracy of all business information submitted to Google.

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, ad spend is separate from Rize Digital's management fee and is paid directly by you to the advertising platform.
You are responsible for reviewing all offers, claims, prices, guarantees, promotions, and disclaimers used in ads or landing pages.
We are not responsible for account suspensions, disapproved ads, policy reviews, billing problems, or platform issues caused by third-party systems or client-provided information.
If we build, edit, host, or manage a website for you, the exact ownership and transfer terms are controlled by your signed agreement.

We are not responsible for outages, bugs, slowdowns, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting companies, plugins, themes, integrations, DNS providers, domain registrars, or software vendors.
Rize Digital may create website copy, landing page copy, blog posts, service pages, ad copy, social posts, reports, SEO recommendations, metadata, schema, images, graphics, and related materials.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
You agree that all factual claims, pricing, guarantees, qualifications, licensing statements, insurance statements, certifications, awards, testimonials, and business claims must be accurate.
We may use AI-assisted tools, SEO tools, content tools, analytics tools, and research tools as part of our workflow. Final publication still requires client review where approval is part of the agreed process.
If you provide testimonials, reviews, screenshots, call recordings, lead data, ranking data, revenue data, or other results, you confirm that the information is truthful and that you have the right to share it.
We may request permission to use your name, business name, logo, testimonial, project screenshots, website screenshots, performance metrics, or case study information in our marketing.
We will not publish private client data as a case study without permission.
Testimonials and case studies reflect specific client experiences. They do not guarantee that every client will get the same result.
You agree to pay all fees listed in your proposal, invoice, agreement, or payment plan.

Rize Digital may use third-party payment processors. Payment processor terms and fees may apply.
If payment is late, failed, disputed, reversed, or unpaid, Rize Digital may pause work, pause campaigns, restrict access, delay deliverables, or suspend service until the account is current.
You remain responsible for amounts owed under the signed agreement, proposal, invoice, or payment plan.
Service pauses caused by non-payment do not extend deadlines, guarantee lost performance recovery, or remove payment duties.
Refund and cancellation terms are controlled by your signed agreement.

If you believe there is a billing issue, contact us at info@rizedigital.io before filing a chargeback.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for valid services, we may pause or terminate services, restrict access to work product, and provide documentation to the payment processor.
You agree to pay reasonable collection costs, chargeback fees, legal fees, and related costs where allowed by law if we must collect unpaid amounts.
Rize Digital owns all pre-existing materials, systems, templates, frameworks, processes, prompts, code libraries, internal tools, reports, SOPs, strategy documents, and know-how used to provide services.
Client-owned materials remain owned by the client.
Final ownership of custom website files, creative assets, copy, or deliverables is controlled by the signed agreement.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, you may use completed and paid-for deliverables for your own business after full payment has been received.
You may not resell, license, copy, distribute, or reuse Rize Digital's internal systems, templates, strategy documents, workflows, prompts, code, or reports outside your business without written permission.
Our services may rely on third-party tools and platforms, including Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Calendly, Vercel, WordPress, analytics tools, SEO tools, CRM tools, hosting providers, domain registrars, call tracking tools, email tools, SMS tools, automation tools, and reporting tools.
We do not control third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms, policies, and fees.
By submitting a form, booking a call, signing up, or becoming a client, you agree that Rize Digital may contact you by email, phone, text message, or other communication methods related to your inquiry, services, invoices, proposals, contracts, account, or marketing.
