What to bring
Bring your website, service area, crew capacity and the main problem. If available, bring one recent month of source spending and a few job requests with their outcomes. A proposal can replace those records if fees or ownership are your concern.
You do not need a perfect spreadsheet. Missing records are useful to identify. Remove customer names, phone numbers, addresses and other private details. Do not send passwords, account access or recordings through a public form.
What this review covers
